Campus scheduling is the continuous
scheduling of campus activities by any functional area (conference services,
academic departments, student services, students, and even the general public),
as the registrar’s office interactively manages the changes to the published
academic schedules.
Infosilem EnCampus Event provides colleges and universities with the ability to recognize
all scheduling units on campus and define their respective scheduling roles and
administrative rights. The resulting integrated environment includes service
providers that are given operational workspaces to define and manage all service
requests related to bookings. This campus-wide collaborative approach to scheduling
and resource management helps better serve your constituents and increases institutional
efficiency.
